I have a project for a non-profit Native Friendship Center. This First Nations website is primarily for content management. I am looking for a designer to design a web site with the four colors of the medicine wheel (Red, Yellow, Black, White). This site has to represent a professional well organized organization.
Layout Details - 3 panel (top, left, &center)

- must have full width top static banner w/nav buttons
- must have a left panel with modules for menu items
- must have a center content pane
Site details

- must be 800px or max
- must have css (all divs)
- must have a static top banner w/static links
- must have flowing feel (not square shaped)
- must have expanable left menu modules
- must have a center panel for content
- can have a right menu if not too crowded
- must have a quick flash intro page to the main site.
- I have included the best digital logo found which needs to be refinished and modernized.
Unfortunatately I am a web programmer not a designer. although it took me a long time to realize that! ;)
I am prepared to purchase a copy of the source code of the following link so that a designer can manipulate the FLA and Photoshop images to fit our needs. This FULL Flash site has the right look and feel for the Native Friendship Center, EXCEPT it cannot be FULL Flash.

I have included a rough draft of layout I see for this project. But I need dynamic content outside of flash for easy search engine crawling. As a designer, I would like to have your input for solving this issue.
