Dear Freelancers, I am looking to hire someone who can create a professional Penny Auction Website. I have a decent budget to put towards this task, especially if the job is well done. I am currently not too interested in graphic and logo design, however if the website is done in a high quality fashion, I am willing to extend the budget to cover the design of logos/graphics if that is your area of expertise as well.
