Replicate two Squarespace sites using Wordpress

This is the first of a potentially large number of jobs to duplicate other websites (especially Squarespace, Wix, and Weebly) using Wordpress. We want you to duplicate these two sites: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] using Wordpress. You should copy all of the text, images, etc in the original sites and create each page, including all links between pages and links with other pages in the site. The structure should be identical. There is no need to replicate any page that is outside the domains of the original sites or any subdomains (e.g. [login to view URL]). We will supply the wordpress site and you can use any site builder plug in (your bid should tell us what site builder you will use.) All of the plug-ins you use, as well as any other software, should be open source, unless you tell us specifically what non-open-source software you will use. We will compare your results page by page with the existing websites. If your duplicate site is not an exact match, we will give you a list of corrections. If there are more than 5 corrections required for the [login to view URL] site or more than 20 corrections required for the bluebirdfarmnc site, we will judge your work to be inadequate and will cancel the project and not pay you. If you fail to make the corrections after two attempts, we will judge your work to be inadequate and will cancel the project and not pay you. You agree to return or cancel any milestone payments under these conditions. We will not pay more than 1/2 of the project fee as a milestone. We are testing to see if these - and other websites - can be duplicated for a very low cost. If you win this bid and succeed at this project, we will expect any follow up projects we give you to be priced at the same general level.
