i have a Drupal-powered website and I'm looking for quotes to add a video conferencing platform that can accept PayPal payments to include; Allow users to easily search for professionals for further support. Users will be able to filter results by area of expertise and location as well as search via keywords. Site administrators will be able to add new professionals easily by logging in the system and filling out a custom form for each professional. Administrators will be able to add as many professionals as required. Users will have the opportunity to learn more about each professional by clicking on their respective profiles. The following details will be displayed: - Bio, photo (if added), area(s) of expertise, contact information (if required) and location. - A calendar for scheduling an appointment with the individual will be presented. This feature will be handled via integration with Calendly ([login to view URL]). - As per the website, this addition will also adapt to various screen sizes (responsive). - Calendly will be the platform of choice to handle the scheduling of appointments. This online platform will need to be integrated with Zoom and PayPal to become the full- featured solution that is required. - To allow professionals to receive payments directly to their PayPal account, the following accounts will need to be created per professional: - A “Pro” Calendly account ($12USD / month per user) to allow for integration with PayPal; - A “free” Zoom account (free for one to one meetings); - A “free” PayPal Business account (free to create with a percentage taken per transaction); - In-depth testing and configuration to be done with Calendly to ensure the best user experience possible. The integration will be accomplished via specific Calendly embed codes to be added per user in the website. - Detailed documentation to be provided outlining the for administrators to follow to create the required user (professional) accounts and how to integrate each of them with Calendly. The documented steps will incorporate the best practices found during the testing phase in order to maintain consistency across all Calendly accounts and ensure stability when integrating with the website
