Widget Prototype

A windows desktop notification widget that reads a local data source and periodically displays customisable content. The circular widget will always appear on top of the active desktop and be moveable by the end user. When message notifications occur a message header box will appear next to the widget disc. A maximum of three messages can be received concurrently with three boxes displaying at the same time.
