Copy & Modify Search Box HTML/CSS

I want to copy & modify the style of an existing search box so that it can be added as a layer to a revolution slider on a Wordpress site. I would need: You to modify/create the HTML & associated CSS for a search box based on existing form. Current form provided Current CSS file available Example image of how I wish it to look provided Simple white box background with rounded edges with form overlayed Opacity of white background should change to 100% when on hover/active Search box should not appear in mobile view At the end you should provide the html search form plus any associated CSS that needs to be added. The search box html will then be added to a layer on a Revolution slider in Wordpress.
