Dice roller plugin for BBpress and Wordpress

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using PHP. This is for a dice roll command that should work in conjunction with BBpress either as a written shortcode i.e. [roll 3d6] or by pressing via a button appending the MCE WYSIWYG toolbar (a dice icon which when clicked would as for two values, the first being the number of dice and the second being the amount of sides each die have). Example of written post: "I leap forwards using my athletics skill over the wall [roll 2d6]" One posted the dice should be calculated and the result posted like this: "I leap forwards using my athletics skill over the wall 2d6=10" The results shouldn't change if the page is refreshed. Also if the color of the result could auto color so if it's under half of the maximum result then the text is in red and if it's above its in green that would be a bonus. It must work with the latest version of WordPress with the BBpress plugin.
