Music Website - Wordpress theme modifications

I manage the website located at: www.correspondencemusic.com. The site is built on a word press theme that is already installed and functioning. I need a wordpress developer to make some custom modifications to the theme, as follows: 1. I would like for the slider image/video load once upon hitting the site, then you can click through the menu and the photo/video from the slider doesn't re-load each time. 2. I want to put in a hidden or cleanly visible audio player which auto plays once you hit the site. 3. I want to have the homepage side widget (on the right side hidden at the moment) to be automatically showing when you hit the site, instead of hidden 4. The site seems to load slowly, but this could be fixed with #1. 5. I need guidance on how to get the slider image to support a video (the theme is already built for this but I need instruction on how to do it). Then, it should function per #1 above. There may be further modifications on this site over time. I also have two other wordpress sites which use the same theme. They will need some of the same modifications as well, once this site is completed.
