WooCommerce Checkout + Invoice, Fix Footer and Plugin Error

Hello- I need a diverse developer to work on 4 separate issues on my site related to a few different issues. These tasks include adjusting my woocommerce invoices and the checkout process. There are also a few bugs with my footer not displaying information and my Slider Revolution plugin causing errors on pages. Invoicing through WooCommerce • When I send an invoice through woocommerce (woocommerce> orders > add order) it skips the multi step checkout process that I have completely. It goes straight to a payment page that doesn’t ask for the customer shipping or billing address. I’d like the invoices I send to perform the same as if a customer is checking out from their cart in my woocommerce shop. WooCommerce Checkout Process I need a few simple adjustments made to each of my woocommerce checkout pages process: • Login – When you are viewing the site as an unregistered user and start the checkout process you get onto a page that gives you the option to login if you’re an existing user. I want to remove the blue box and add an additional line of text underneath the login option. It will be static text that says “Click ‘Next’ for guest checkout” • On the ‘billing address’ screen there is an option for unregistered users (guest checkouts) to create a user account by checking a box at the bottom of the screen that says “Create account?” Right now it requires the user to check the box, but I want it to default to the user creating an account • On the ‘confirm order’ page for my checkout process I want the product image to be displayed to the left of the product item text. I also want the text and image to be hyperlinked back to the individual product page
