1 - The web site should have a public catalog, where regular customers will be able to see pictures and description for all products available.
2 - Dealers, will be able to see the same catalog after login, with more details, like price.
3 - The products will be showed by categories as follow: Stationary, Motion, sectional, but the web should allow the us to create new categories.
4 - Form to insert supplier information.
5 - The suppliers will be organized by groups, Group 1, Group 2, Group ...
6 - All products will be organized by supplier.
7 - Suppliers will have a real name, and a fake name, dealers will be able to see only fake names.
8 - the catalog should be displayed per group, all products for all suppliers for the same group should be displayed.
9 - The dealer should be able to filter the products by categories, inside that group.
10 - When the dealer click in one product, a pop-up with bigger picture should appear, with an option, "add to the card", he could close the window and remain in the same page, or click add.
11 - If the dealer click on add, a new page with product detail information should appear. in this page he should be able select the color/finish, and how many pieces. Example: Sofa love and chair, individually, or for sectionals, left or right arms
12 - The product catalog should have model, and pieces with individual prices. Example:
Set: Sofa, loveseat, chair, ottoman
Sectionals: LAF Chair, RAF chair, Wedge, armless chair, armless recliner, RAF loveseat, LAF Loveseat, RAF Chaise, LAF Chaise.
13 - all products need cost and price, dealers will see only price.
13 - after the dealer choose all the options and place the order for the specific product, a graphic information for the container load should appear on the header beside the card icon.
14 - after place the order for one item, the dealer should be able to go back to the same search he was before.
15 - if the container is over load, the dealer should receive a message that the container is overload, if he want to open another container or manage the items on this container, if he want to manage, open the shop card so he can change the amounts.
16 - if the container is not full load and the dealer tried to place the order, he should receive a message that he have available space in the container, if he want to continue shopping
17 - after the order is place the status should be pending, and an e-mail have to be send to administrator to approve the order.
18 - after approval, the dealer will receive an e-mail confirming the approval with the information the make the payment.
19 - the dealer should be able to see all his orders, print them, check the status.
20 - Web administrator should be able to update order status to:
1 - approved
2 - in production
3 - ready to load
4 - over see
5 - arrived
6 - released
7 - Delivered
