An opportunity to get creative, with a simple, easy to structure job. I am looking for creative ability and innovation since the mechanics of this job are so basic. You must have the ability to create a website driven by XML feeds with user features built into the structure. The site will be 5 pages, full brief provided to those who provide portoflio only. Please do not bid for this job unless you give examples of previous sites developed. Due to the importance of the functionality and visuals of the site I will be looking for the most creative and design savvy freelancer to work on this site for me. If you do not have a portfolio, do not bid. Will consider bids over stated amounts ONLY if you have the portfolio to justify it.
