Replicate program in Flash

I need the attached program recreated in Flash with all the features. In addition I want the user to be able to insert a word (any word) during the black/dark phase. The user should be able to set the text size, color %age etc. for the word.
XML capability should let the user change the language of the text and other variables.
No bids will be accepted unless I see some progress on my requirement. After that I can do escrow.
This is very simple work for a Flash/Actionscript/XML Guru.
