New Ecommerce Store Needed

This is a brief for the design and build of a new ecommerce store and add 182 products and 7 text pages. ## Deliverables Requirements 1. We require a new ecommerce website based on the layout and look and feel of straitstrading com but with a different colour scheme. 2. We would like the Product page to have a layout like straitstradin com /products/candle-holders with the images working in the same way. 3. We require all the standard ecommerce features as found in OScommerce, Magento etc. with product adding, order processing, tracking, customer and order management etc. but with a few extra features: 4. Full CMS so we can edit all the text pages too and the images on the site. 5. There needs to be a minimum order amount on the website. So if a customer gets to the checkout and their order is under the set amount, it will pop up with a message asking the customer to go back to the store and buy more, then a link to the store homepage. - We want to be able to set the minimum order value in the admin. 6. The minimum order quantity for the UK and for the rest of the world are different, so there needs to be 2 settings in the admin (this can work from the country field that the customer has to complete when they sign up an account). \*\*\*|IMPORTANT\\*\**| 7. There needs to be 2 different levels of checkout. One for Trade Customers and one for Regular Customers. We need to be able to assign Trade Customer accounts in the admin. - When a Regular Customer signs in, confirms their order and their shipping and billing address, and goes to the checkout they will complete checkout as normal and pay via WorldPay. .- When a Trade Customer signs in confirms their order and their shipping and billing address, and goes to the checkout it submits the order automatically without the payment. (This is because they are Trade Customers and they will be sent an invoice at the end of the month and they will pay via bank transfer outside the website). 8. After the checkout (for both trade and regular customers), the customer needs an option to be able to download their order in a PDF so they can keep a record of what they have bought and paid for themselves. - The customer also needs to be able to login to their account to view their order history and order status etc. like a normal ecommerce site. 9. In the admin we need to be able to easily search for all the orders from each Trade Customer. So we can eaily see everything they ordered in a given date range, or for a given product etc. (there needs to be filters we can set). - With the above information we need to be able to send the Trade Customer 1 invoice for everything they have bought in the given date range or whatever filter we set. - We need to be able to download that invoice as a PDF or be able to email it to the customer from the admin. 10. All the text pages are viewable by everyone, but when you click on the Store link on the site it takes the visitor to a password protected screen. - We need to be able to generate a password and set a time limit until it expires. We can then give the customer the password to use but it will stop working after a set time e.g. 60 minutes. Then we either reactivate the code for a set time, or we issue a new code. 11. We want a main animated rotating image on the page that looks the same as the moving image on straitstrading com 12. There are 7 text pages and 182 products (in 5 categories) that need to be added. Each product will have various options like size, colour etc. We will supply all images and information. 13. On each product page we also want to set recommended products thast will appear underneath. E.g. the customer clicks on a product, under the main information are 2 other products (images and titles) that they can click to go to that product page. We need to be able to set as many recommended products as we want for each product on the admin. 14. The site needs to link to the order/stock management system Microsoft Dynamics [login to view URL] <<< THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN DO THIS. I am open to suggestions on the ecommerce software to use, it just has to fulfill all the requirements detailed above + all the regular features of an ecommerce store.
