The app is a mobile companion for users of a fashion website focused on fashion looks and related activities, like shopping check-ins, voting, etc. It needs to be developed with PhoneGap, using HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery. The app should not be difficult because you mainly have to call web services. Timing is crucial. Please read detailed description below before posting your bid. We'll provide you a more detailed description as soon as you declare interest in developing this app.
## Deliverables
You have to develop a mobile application, using PhoneGap, to be able to work on multiple platforms: iOS and Android are mandatory, other platforms are optional. All interactions with our server will be with standard POST Json calls, using base64 encoding. The app could be considered a mix of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], with some added functionalities. Our website is currently under active development to add more functionalities and launch a public beta soon. The development of the mobile app should be aligned with these developments and will be launched probably before all new functionalities will be available on the website. This means that you can't mimic something that is already available on the Web but you have to create everything from scratch. Anyway, we will provide you screenshot and wireframes of the various pages of the app and a full description of the web services you need to call. We will also give you all the graphic elements like buttons, icons, etc. The app shoul not be difficult to create, because all business logic is on the backend and it has only to call some web services and display results in a beautiful way using, in some cases, maps. We currently have two native iPhone applications that we used to test user acceptance and interaction. We will provide full source code to the developer whose bid will win, even if there are some bugs in it and there are new functionalities to be added. Obviously that code can't be used because we want to use PhoneGap now. The app has one opening screen and five views: Friends Looks Check-in Camera Profile These five views (Friends, Looks, Check-in, Camera, Profile) are directly linked to five buttons, in this exact order) in the “traditional?? bottom bar. Opening screen is a coverflow display with photos coming from a web service. You have to ask for registration (direct or through login services provided by Facebook, Twitter and Google). Friends page is almost identical to the Friends page in the foursquare app for iPhone. Looks page is the same as the opening screen, plus the possibility to display more photos from the same look and vote for it (obviously through web services calls). Check-in is similar to the check-in process of Foursquare. Camera is like a traditional picture taking screen. At the end you have to display a screen where user can tag the picture, tapping on it, adding some specific data. We have a tagging application working on our web site that you’ll be able to access to not develop the tagging process from scratch. It’s developed with Jquery, but not Html5, so it’s not using canvas for, as an example, get the color of the pixel where the user tapped. We cannot guarantee that the work on this part is 90% done, but it’s already working on our site. Profile screen allow user to manage his profile and logout. We'll provide you a more detailed description as soon as you declare interest in developing this app.
