Recently I have completed my BSCS & short course in "Digital Marketing" which is strongly ambitious to learn, grow and succeed by fair and ethical means. I am able to think on my feet, possess a sense of responsibility and have a ‘can’ do attitude. I am that sort of a person who has the natural ability to provide excellent service within a challenging environment. I gained these skills: Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. Mobile marketing: includes app-based, in-game, location-based and SMS marketing. Community management: Social media is about creating, observing and responding to conversations within your brand community. Monitoring tweets, responding to Facebook posts and engaging with brand advocates. It even means knowing how to respond to trolls and negative feedback. It’s part PR and part commonsense.
