I graduated from Northumbria University in July 2014 with 2nd class honours (upper division) in law. I currently work in the UK as an in-house legal advisor for multinational construction and services company Carillion reviewing contracts and associated ancillary documents for legal and commercial risk and defending low to medium value litigation against the company. As a result I have very strong attention to detail and legal writing skills and am regularly required to conduct detailed research to address the intricacies of the many different areas of law which arise in litigation proceedings. My full time job also involves large document review/collation and data entry tasks both in hardcopy and electronic format and so I have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and can seamlessly work with a large volume of information.
