RxSMRT will repurpose conventional means of exercise and recovery to be more adaptable for today's climate and tech savvy clientele. In doing so, the products created will learn the user's needs, habits and goals, creating a fertile environment where in which both the instrument and user progress together seamlessly in a cohesive and directed manner overseen by the best professionals the health industry has to offer.

The main opening app page will be a IF/Then questionnaire, asking details about the users sleep, soreness, workout, and other pertinent fitness info.

The App in progress will attempt to gamify soft tissue recovery (foam rolling) giving the user visual feedback (in this instance say of your upper leg or "quadriceps") changing color or gradient while the device is in use.

It would be helpful to have an illustration that shows good quality (say... color blue?) and also less quality (showing a different color or shade or whatever) Also on this "in progress" page, there should be a reference to a breathing (see how emwave does a breathing visual in attached jpeg) so that the user has visual feedback of both the rolling and the breathing aspects.
