Opis Konkursu

I would like a business card with my logo on the back with a minor modification to the logo (I would like the top line to read "Derek W. Banks DDS" and the lower line to read "Pediatric Dentist"). Logo has been uploaded - also a couple files to demonstrate the kind of thing I am looking for. I will need just very basic minimal information on front, centered (phone #, email, yelp page address with little yelp logo). I would like a nice, patterned or different colored background for the back and a solid background for the front. I do not particularly love the colors on the demos I have attached, but the layouts are nice.
