Opis Konkursu
1. Tab Structure:
Transactions: Detailed transactions entered by stakeholders.
Dashboard: A visual summary of the data.
Constants and Settings: Holds variables and configurations.
Approval Requests: Where stakeholders request for expenditure approvals.
Planning: A space for financial projections and strategies.
2. Transactions Tab:
Columns should include:
Date: Transaction date.
Department: Operation, marketing, sales, maintenance, etc.
Business: Repair Shop or Taxi Technology Company.
Type: Invested amount, operational cost, upcoming cost, income, etc.
Amount: Transaction value.
Details: A brief description, e.g., "Repair for Taxi #23" or "Server cost for app hosting."
Invoice/Receipt Number: For tracking and verification purposes.
Payment Method: Cash, credit, digital payment, etc.
3. Dashboard Tab:
Components for both companies:
Total Invested: Funds injected into the business.
Total Income: For the taxi tech company, it might be user fees, subscriptions, etc., while for the repair shop it might be service charges.
Upcoming Cost: Anticipated expenses.
Cost Breakdown by Department: Showing how much each department is costing.
Net Remaining: Current financial standing.
Charts specific to each company:
Taxi Tech Company:
Active Users Over Time
Revenue by Service Type (e.g., premium taxi, regular taxi, software subscription)
Repair Shop:
Repairs Completed Over Time
Revenue by Repair Type (e.g., engine repair, tire change, software update)
4. Constants and Settings Tab:
Initial Investment.
Expected Future Investments.
Monthly Fixed Costs: Rent, salaries, utilities, software subscriptions, etc.
5. Approval Requests Tab:
Columns:
Date: When the request was made.
Requestor: Who is making the request.
Department.
Business: Repair Shop or Taxi Technology Company.
Amount Requested.
Reason/Details.
Attachments: Links to documents supporting the request.
Approval Status: Pending, Approved, Rejected.
Approved By: Who approved/rejected the request.
Date of Approval/Rejection.
Comments: Any notes by approvers.
6. Planning Tab:
For both companies:
Projected Monthly Income: Based on trends and market analysis.
Projected Monthly Costs: Anticipated operational costs.
Investment Requirements: If there's a need for new tools, software upgrades, fleet expansion, etc.
Projected Profit/Loss.
7. Features and Functionalities:
Email Notifications: Set up automatic notifications for the Approval Requests tab. When a request is made, approvers receive an email.
Dropdown Menus: Use data validation to create dropdown selections for "Business," "Department," "Type," etc., ensuring consistency in data entry.
Protection: Set up cell protections so that only approvers can modify the "Approval Status" and "Approved By" fields.
8. Collaboration & Approval Process:
Access Levels: Different levels of access based on roles. Approvers should be given permission to change the status on the Approval Requests tab.
Comments: Approvers can leave comments when they approve/reject, giving clarity.
