Opis Konkursu

We have an online Fitness and Apparel Company. I am looking for a "Go-To" designer / Photo editor that can take our photos that we take on a daily basis and make them look professional. This contest is a way to be able to find the person who can do this easily.

Here is the task:
I have a photo that needs to be edited similar to another that was edited professionally. The photo that needs to be edited is titled. "NeedsEdit.jpg". The photo that is already edited by a professional is titled "AlreadyEdited.jpg".

The "AlreadyEdited.jpg" is the look and style that I want the "NeedsEdit.jpg" photo to look like.

** Also, if you think you can do a better job than the original professional that edited the photo you can give that a shot by editing the file titled "Raw.jpg".
NOTE: You will still need to be able to make the NeedsEdit.jpg look similar as well doing this from the raw version.

I have uploaded 2 versions of the image that needed editing. One is my first retouch (#15). The second one has the hat lighten up a little bit to better showcase the true colors (#17). If needed, more adjustments can be made.

I want to keep the integrity of the colors of the hat and shirts. This is important because these photos are going to be on the web site where we sell the apparel. The colors on the edited file are the actual colors.
