Opis Konkursu

I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer to help me bring my architectural vision to life. These renderings are chiefly for design and planning purposes.

Key Aspects:
- Emphasis should be on the front and side and back perspectives along with robust interior views of the building.
- I'm looking for someone who can go beyond basic shapes and colors, instead delivering artistically stylized renderings with unique visual treatments.

Ideal candidates must possess strong creative skills, and an impressive portfolio of architectural 3D designs. Prior experience in adding artistic touches to 3D renderings is highly desirable.

I have attached some images of what I would like the renderings to look like

I have also attached the floor plans of the building and some basic 3d images of the building as well.

The stairs area will be a metal industrial stairs all the way to the 2nd floor

I would like glass railings along on the balconies.

On the 1st floor in the front balcony and the second floor on the back balcony I would like some design block (like the images attached) elements on the balcony
