I need to edit united states map
Coloring 4 states(wisconsin, illinois, indiana, michigan) in color - #C5252F
Coloring the states that have arrows to them in color - #29176F
In colored states - font should be WHITE other states font in black

also please put West Virginia text into a state and delete the line
