  3D from image ,.. this work is possible in another software as per my knowledge.. Giving relief to 3D form is material removal command, which is used in 3D CAD (engineering) software's..

     The idea of the competition is to take one of the images automatically generated, or to create your own based on the enclosed png and provide a relief in 3D form smooth but with feelable edges, rather than the somewhat crude height maps I have auto created as a basis for the conversion to give people an idea of what I am after.

  Your comic is ugly, you want a planar 3d obj embossed/extrude of that comic page yes i can do it sculpted same equal as the comic png file will provide you adequate preveiw of the actual final obj, 50usd is ok price to me?
