This contest is to create a website style guide (typography and color palette) in PSD format to be used in designing a new, more vibrant site for our charity NGO website, http://deepermissions.org

1) Using the attached EXAMPLE-Color_Palette PSD file as a template, create a color palette we will use when creating this new website. Refer to http://deepermissions.org for the current color schema. Also, refer to the attached Hi-Res DM Logos. The primary color should be based on the green found in the logo. Be creative with other complementary colors; however, avoid very bright or high-intensity colors.

2) Using the attached EXAMPLE-Typography PSD file as a template, create a typography style guide we will use with this new website. Refer to http://deepermissions.org for the current typography schema. The primary font used to date have been Georgia; this isn't necessarily preferred. The fonts recommended (at least 2, one serif and one sans serif, and no more than 4 different fonts) should be based on Google Fonts and/or Adobe Type. Be creative and fun without getting silly about the fonts and paragraph parameters. Font scales and types as well as paragraph and line spacing should be equally well-rendered on all screens (PC, tablet, mobile).

Submit two (2) separate PSD files; one for the color palette and one for the typography. Complete the details at the header of each file and include your Freelancer ID in each file name.

Now that each of you have received feedback on your submissions, contestants need to select their favorite/most promising submission and to withdraw the rest..

This means you will submit one PSD file using the Color Palette template and one PSD file using the Typography template.

PLEASE: Reread the contest brief to ensure your entries comply with the rules.

In the Typography guide, everything is in play along with font choice: leading/line spacing (and spacing between paragraphs), kerning/tracking between letters, etc.
