I am looking for someone to design a flyer me for my Fall Free Tree Giveaway. Flyer info will be similar to the one I used for Arbor Day, but fresh new look for fall. I would like it to be created in photoshop and to be editable so I can make any changes as needed.

So I want a fresh look that is still consistent with our brand. To reference please see our new website design. http://newsite.tree-land.com/

Text to change:
1. Instead of "Arbor Day" say "Fall"
2. "Your choice of a 95 gallon Red Oak or Chinese Pistachio Retail Value up to $795
