I need an animation overlayed to a short clip.

In the clip, I need an arrow and some words that follows part of the video.

In the video, there is a person with a parachute flying next to a snow wall that he narrowly misses.

The animation should have an arrow pointing to the snow wall with the words 'Narrowly misses snow wall' which moves with the video. Such as this type of animation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FfZONRXqMOE
