I need a 54-inch x 42-inch sign that will be posted outside of my development site to attract potential home buyers. The sign must contain the following Content: 1) 5 Contemporary Homes Coming Fall 2017 2) WWW.GLENDALE5.COM 3) Views of Silver Lake 4) "Glendale 5" logo with emphasis of "5". 5) Use Attached photo named "1.jpg" 6) 2 Bedroom 2.5 Baths

NOTE - SIGN MUST BE MINIMAL DESIGN. Please use font like Example 1.jpg. Please use similar blue with white background in Example 1.jpg (do not use orange color or font). Use font similar to https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto (Thin or Light)

The sign will be seen mostly by people driving by, so please emphasize the "WWW.GLENDALE5.COM" and "5 Contemporary Homes".
