Requirements:
* 2 side design, front and back
* content >>> see attached .txt file
* logo >>> see attached .ai file
* dimensions and bleed >>> check attached .png file

Design:
* text/logo colors: black, white, silver, grey
* background color: black, white
* should be clean and modern style
* should express high value
* could contain icons for phone and email
* should NOT be too playful - less could be more

Delivery:
* should be high quality .ai file
* make text EDITABLE so some letters can be changed
* mention which fonts being used
* CMYK
* file printable 300dpi
