Looking for a creative design template for a beach club in Vietnam.

Objectives
1) The template should be fixed, so future flyers can just change text and image but the design remains the same with a strong visual identity.

2) Size Should be DL - Landscape and style is modern luxury - it is located at a 5 star hotel

3) Please use colours from the approved colour palette.

4) images - uploaded are some stock photos, please use these or other free license stock images.

Also i am seeing alot of flyers that are duplicating the name of the venue because the logo is being used and then the name again. please try with only the logo.
