Opis Konkursu

We only need the design of the homepage for a new website for a bank/insurance/real estate company.

These elements should be included:
- Logo with navigation
- Visuals
- Welcome text
- Services overview (Bank - Insurance - Taxation - Real Estate)
- House for sale in the spotlight
- Footer with contact details and opening hours

The logo's in attachment should be used. The logo is outdated, but will not be replaced, so the webdesign should somehow fit with the logo.

In terms of style, the design should express confidence, people should trust the banking business and its stability.
The client likes these website designs, so they could be used as an example:
- alduva.be
- duyckbouwt.be
But this design has to be an original design and not a copy of these
