For the last 3 days of the contest -> I've seen alot of designs with my portrait image on the frontpage and they are all fine, but for the last few days I would love to see some creative frontpages without my image, which is created/designed around the content of the book (which is the two leader types, one which is Leadership by Care and the other Management by Fear.)

I’m looking to have a full book cover designed for printing (front and back page and the spine).
I’ll also need a 3D ecover of the book on a paperback book.


>>> WHAT’S THE BOOK ABOUT? <<<
The book is about tools to handle and the courage to remove taboos and speak loudly about managers / employees who create fear and insecurity in the workplace, among lies and manipulation, so that it affects the well-being of the employees.

You’re to design the entire cover for the book (front, back and spine) as well as creating a 3D ecover of your final design.

As for the design, I like it simple and business-like but again, I’m open for suggestions.
