Just to clarify, we are happy with our logo but need what one contestant has called a "Branded House".

Basically, slight variations of our main logo to represent the 3 segments we are active in: Managed Print Services (MPS), Production Print (PP) and Scanning.

The stationary etc can then either reflect the corporate logo or a combination of them all.

We have a logo already from a previous contest but now want to develop an identity and brand around it.

We are a small company specialising in the print industry and cloud solutions supporting this, we have 3 main solution categories we specialise in and wonder if we should adapt our logo around these? Our logo is currently in the process of being registered as a trademark.

The categories are:

Managed Print Services. This is our main category and allows full print accounting, secure release (via RFID Card or username and password) when using MultiFunctional Devices (MFD), and Scan to email or home folder solutions. We offer this service on a subscription basis with a price per month for MFD or Single Function Device (SFD) i.e. Printer.

Production Print. This is an application we have developed which allows users to send large print jobs to a central production facility. Users just print their job as normal and are then prompted for information about the job, number of copies, what paper to print on etc. Once the information is entered it is sent to a central print room with the job for them to print on the users behalf.

Scanning Solutions. We have an intelligent scan solution we are working with which allows server side optical character recognition and workflow. This allows automation around scanning and also custom workflow design. For example we can prompt the user when they scan the document for how the document should be processed and then perform workflow based on that, who the user was, when it was scanned and from where etc.

We are not sure if each of these categories should have its own name, for example Cirros Manage or Cirros MPS, Cirros Production or Cirros PP. We would like your suggestions or ideas around this used in conjunction with our logo.

We are considering if a tag line should also be used, for example Cirros - Simplifying Print Management with Transparent Costs.

We would also like some ideas for Stationary design incorporating our logo, letter head, business cards, email signature, quotation / purchase order form layout and a sample brochure. etc.
