Opis Konkursu

We are asking for web based auction software.
The point is, that 5-10 companies will in auction offer best discount for Fuel Cards. (Automobile fuel). 10-50 participants (automobile owners) will join together for one auction to obtain best possible discount.
The winner will make the design (simple) of the pages too.
Basic requirements are in excel sheets attached (4 sheets).
Time by time some modification will be required, and paid.
Please check the excel sheets.Then ask questions :) Then decide if participate.
Web hosting for our site will be available, with sql, php..
So database with remote access, remote update of prices, discounts. As seller, as participants will have internet - online- connection. Sellers can bid, participants can watch.
Sellers are connecting with login and password. Generated for every auction.
Participants will connect too via login and password.

Now I understand it and I think I can make an entry matching nearly perfect and from there we can move ahead. I can change stuffs and if you make me understand more I can move quickly. I am working on 10+ contests all alone so hard for me to code but I can do it. Note: if you cannot get a winner here you can open project for me.   Basic idea is, that some 5-10 suppliers, fuel card issuer bid against each other for biggest discount they can offer.
  Admin see all of them, card issuer see only own price, lowest bid and the basic price.
  Customer see only.... what is in the Excel sheet.

OK I got your new contest link here. Do you need any payment processing here in auction like Paypal? If I show all from my server and then if you award me Then I send you code and database is that OK? Because I have to stop other contest work to do this. Also let me know if an appealing orange/yellow background for this software is OK?
