Actually we have a facade design looks like a condo but is for a duplex house and we want another alternative. For this task you can download the dwg file for the architect proyect.
We need a nice modern design that look like a duplex house.
Render design.

You can:
Remove the E.
Extend the 2nd floor window like the 1st floor (If you want to horizontal extend please respect the pillars).

You can't add a balcony

Plus that we like:
Illumination
Day and Night view
Angle photos

We need a high resolution photos

  Hola como vas si solo la fachada. Como datos adicionales que no los han leído no quiero incrementar demasiado el costo del proyecto por lo que a veces menos es más. Por favor no coloques balcones, ni plantas. Las ventanas puedes ajustar el tamaño pero siempre respetando los pilares.

Dear contest holder, This is an interesting project and I would love to contribute to it as I am sure many other freelancers would be. Although, the prize set for the contest is too low, as the work requires 1) thorough study of the floor plans, 2) necessary changes to the original plans as per the new facade design, 3) creation of 3d model for the render 4) Final high resolution renders.
I request you to increase the prize so that you bet better results.
