Opis Konkursu

I am looking for a skilled and experienced architect or designer to help me with a house design project. I am specifically looking for a traditional style for the house.

Floor Plan:
- I do not have a specific floor plan in mind. I need assistance in creating a plan that suits my needs and preferences.

The Description of this project is the MOST important part to understand. If you do not read this description, you will not know what I am looking for. I am looking for a BASIC Floor Plan. It does not need to have other ideas such as the outside of house or roof. I need ONLY a FLOOR PLAN

The size of the house is 160m2 , with 3 bedrooms .............. 2.5 Baths

Look at the attached file Pic. This is the direction of the FACE of the house. This has Magnificent Mountain Views. This is the part that is MOST important to me.

I want this side , that faces the Mountains (arrow) to have 2 Master Suites with Bathrooms

Between these Master Suites, I want the Main Living Area, Living room etc.

The Master Suites can be 20m2 each.

All of the THREE living areas will face the Mountain (arrow) view.

On the other side of house, I want a Kitchen, center continuation of Living Area, and in the corner, the 3rd, small bedroom for guests.

The House will be ONE floor. On a Slab, No basement. The Mechanicals, or Technicals will be INSIDE and need about 8m2 Closet.

Looking Toward the Arrow (Mountains) The Front of the house. The Master Suite on the RIGHT side of Property needs to have a full Bath, Bath Tub , Shower. The Master Suite on the LEFT (Road side) needs just a simple Bathroom with a Shower only.

ALL 3 of these rooms will look at the MOUNTAINS (RED ARROW)

NEXT

The REAR of house:

This is where the KITCHEN will be, on the RIGHT Side as in Picture. The LEFT Side will have a small Guest Bedroom (no Bathroom)

I have 160m2 to do this. We will have a Pool as well. We want Privacy.

If you have a configuration that works well for Privacy and a fluid inside of home, please suggest. We will consider ONLY 1 Floor Options.

The Property is about 35 meters Wide . The house should go in the BLUE / Aqua area of attached photo .

I will need a few different file types after acceptance of design so I can import into Live Home 3D Software

Here are the file types I would like AFTER the project is Awarded :

3D Studio (. 3ds)
Collada (. dae)
Google Earth KMZ.
Autodesk FBX (. fbx)
Wavefront OBJ (. obj)
Sweet Home 3D (. sh3d)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in traditional house design and architecture.
- Experience in creating custom floor plans.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate client preferences.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

If you have a portfolio showcasing your previous traditional house designs and experience in creating custom floor plans, please include it in your proposal. I am looking forward to working with a talented professional who can bring my vision to life.
