i am have a new restaurant and i would like to see hoe best to setup the equipment. based on space i need to make sue the kitchen flow.
must include: 2 fryers, grill, 4-6 burner stove. fridge, freezer(standing or other), griddle. you could use a stove and griddle combination as well. prep tablesss. island( table with small sink). microwave. hood, station for crepemaker. station for burger station. station for main dishes you would find at casual restaurant. pizza station. storage area.

the restaurant is a bit of a casual dining and fast food joint.

pizza station i am considering doing a stone ove on the outside, joining to the kitchen area.
kitchen area for cooking is 5.40 meters x 5 meters .

Attach is a picture of the top and side view of restaurant. window is not yet in place so i can still make changes to the window area if needed. the idea of this project is to make the flow of food go smooth by having everything in its place. this project is urgent

certain measurents have changed on the design.
where is 570 cm is now 5.40 cm
where is 310 cm (right side of kitchen) is now 400 cm
window can be adjusted according to design. but i would like to stay on the same side
