I need someone to design a nice and elegant HOUSE & LAND Package.
What I want:
1) Needs to be designed on A4 Sheet of Paper - FRONT & BACK (2 - Sided)
2) I would prefer a white background - BUT NEEDS TO BE ELEGANT
3) To be Designed in PHOTOSHOP so that I can amend text and change images at a later date

Front of Brochure Should include -
1) TITLE "HOME & LAND"
2) FLOOR PLAN (MAKE THIS STAND OUT )
3) FACADE (NEEDS TO STAND OUT AS ITS AMAZING)
4) LOGO - I HAVE 2 LOGOS YOU CAN USE EACH OF THEM, WHAT EVER SUITS BEST
5) PRICE - LARGE $558,700

BACK SIDE OF Brochure Should include - The 3 internal images of the house on a white background, make this look amazing please. GIVVE IT YOUR BEST.

If I am really happy with the winner I will have more work for them in the near future. THIS IS VERY IMPROTANT TO ME AND I HOPE YOU CAN DO A GREAT JOB.
