Looking for a proficient graphic designer to help me digitally trace my existing menu into a .psd file. This will allow us to update the menu as per our requirements. To perform this task successfully, here are the specifics you should consider:

- The current menu is of a standard letter-size format, which should be kept constant during the process.
- The design must loosely adhere to the original .pdf that is provided. This means you will need to replicate styles, fonts, and colors in a close manner, and for the "Design" of the layout you can show off your creativity and submit variations or complete re-works but it has to be within the project cost and have close resemblance to the font, style, color and the exact wording editable.
- You will need to extract the texts and images from the existing menu and incorporate them into the new one, as all contents will be provided through the .pdf.

All txt and images must be in layers and easily editable in psd.

Ideal skills:
• Strong graphic design skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Great attention to detail and able to closely replicate an existing design
• Excellent text and image extraction skills from .pdf format.

The end result should be a menu that looks visually identical to our current one but provides the flexibility of a .psd file for future changes.

Unfortunately, in the community, we come across this kind of competition that disrespects designers who are spending their valuable time putting their ideas on paper.

There was no feedback or evaluation on the artwork proposed by each designer. The contest holder simply ignored all the professionals. Feedback and evaluation on the artwork are the rewards that every professional needs to engage in competitions.

I have nothing against the winner. He is just another worker investing his time like all of us, and I congratulate him on his achievement.

My disappointment is directly aimed at the contest holder, and hopefully, we can find fewer and fewer people with this kind of attitude around here.
