I'm looking for an expert graphic designer who can create a neat, modern, and clean logo with text and symbol elements, as well as a cartoonish caricature set in a professional context.

Our business is purchasing homes directly from the home owner. We want this to be a win win solution for their situation. Some sort of bringing both sides together; for example a "handshake symbol" would be well suited but also looking for your creativity.

- Logo: A clean, modern design that incorporates both text and a relevant symbol. This needs to be neat to reflect our brand's style. The logo needs to be in nice proportion to fit on websites, letterheads, and clothing.

- Caricature: This should be slightly cartoonish with professional settings. The intent is to lighten the mood and make it enjoyable.
Our thoughts on the caricature could be a man (blend of both photos attached) with one hand on a briefcase and the other hand has a handful of money. We are thinking less business man-like and more suspenders/ bowtie maybe a top hat for a slight magician like feel or average guy (lighten the mood)

The right person for this job should have considerable experience in both logo and caricature design, be able to work with minimal direction, and have a creative flair for cartoon-style art. A background in creating professional-themed caricatures is very much preferred.

We expect many layout views, color styles, and possibly even 3D look for both the logo and caricature.

First thought on logo colors would be elegant blue, grey, and gold. I will share an example of this. Please do not work off this example as that is why we are reaching out to you for your ideas.

Most of the cartoons in the top rated entries are generated by artificial intelligence. You cant trademark / copyright those logos. Only Zakariae's is an actual hand drawn caricature.
