Opis Konkursu

We are training freshers for the IT industry and we are taking a nominal fees from them. We have a software company too. We are fearing that since we are a software company too, most of the trainees will think that we are proposing a job as well in the software company which we are not. We want them to sign a legal agreement with us where they state that they have understood that we are not giving any job guarantee and the fees they are paying is non-refundable and they cannot want it back for any reason. I guess most of the training companies will have it so I am looking for someone who already have it so I can make a copy.

The entry that has the most possible adverse cases that can happen will win the contest
