Full description:

Create a mvc .net c# template with page 1, page 2, and page 3. Each page has a button on it called button A which will execute a function that does a calculation (like 1+1=2) then returns the value to page 4 and shows page 4 where the user will enter their contact info which outputs to a google sheet.
