Opis Konkursu

I am looking for a skilled web designer to redesign my existing custom-coded mobile-website. The primary goal of the redesign is to enhance the visual design of the site. I have a clear vision for the design elements I want to incorporate into the new design, and I am open to suggestions for additional improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom web design.

The website has two outings: one for AirB&B hosts and one for visitors of the AirB&B location of that host. The current design makes our users think of an insurance company or bank, where we like to be associated with fun, travel and having a nice time. Some improvements could be: using more / different colors, different (bigger?) fonts, adding some more visuals etc.

For now the contest is to select the designer we trust to make the change to all screens of both apps. I've added two existing screens that you can use to show your skills. Pick one (or both) and redesign them so we can see if you are up for the challenge.

Important: for the contest prize we expect the winner to update ALL existing screens in the 2 XD files we have. These 2 XD files contain over 100 variations on screens. Most of the screens are very similar and it will be repetitive work to change the header, font, standard elements but for some screens the changes will be bigger. We also need 5-10 new screens in the same style. We will a detailled briefing per screen so it's 100% clear what needs to be changed. This is all included in the prize.

      Hi, no assets needed yet. The contest is about getting an idea of the design skills. The app is a mobile web app that has 2 version: 1 for AirB&B owners and 1 for AirB&B visitors. With the owner part the owner can set up a guide+shop for the visitor. The two screens in the contest come from the visitor app. It's the login screen and the screen a visitor sees when he scans a QR code when he is in the AirB*B location. On that screen he gets some information about the owner, the location but also stuff you can do, how the dishwasher works etc and it has a shop where the owner can sell: products, food&drinks, tickets and add-on (like extra towels or a rental car) to the visitor.

      I decided to spend the extra 30$ in the reward in stead of giving it to Freelancer.com :) Its just one or two pages and I can see who came up with a design first. It also helps to see what I like and what direction is a dead end.

      The XD contains over 100 pages, of which maybe 20 or so unique. For example, there's a 10 step form. Each of these steps look the same just the content (question, description) is different. So off course you only need to design 1 step as the other 9 are the same.. It's really a matter of changing font and color to fix 80%...the other 20% is some unique screens and features

    XD is not mandatory. It’s just that I have the current design in XD so I expect it to be easier to update all screens at once with new colors and a new font but feel free to use another tool like figma
