Opis Konkursu

We need a new design on two web pages. A user completes a goal assessment and then the results are given immediately.

We would like it to look much cleaner and professional. Looking for clean ideas. We do not mind grey or black font. More interested in it looking clean then using our colors.

Please redesign how the questions are laid out and the colors. You can just show us a sample of maybe 5 questions on the assessment and then the results page. Right now it just feels too busy and too much color and the content isn't being displayed in the best way. Very open to all ideas. Please do not use what is there now. Looking for creativity and probably clean simplicity will work.

Once selected we will have the programmers implement design into the website.
