Looking for redesign of the outdoor kitchen area and extension of the covered patio. . Deliverables will need to include at least three 3D models from different angles as well as a 2D space plan. Designs will need to include all dimensions in feet and inches. pdf and dwg files. Extended area can include removal of the two pedestal stands. Simple landscape and walkway redesign due to changes above.

1/21/2020:
Two additional items were just uploaded to attempt to clarify and eliminate confusion as to what is requested.

The idea is to extend the covered area with some sort of Pergola. Distance to extend is up to the discretion of the designer, but not beyond the point indicated.

The entire grill area can be removed, gutted and rebuilt, with a new grill location, with possible additions like sink, refrigerator, fireplace, raised fire pit, etc. The existing column location must remain.
