Opis Konkursu

I have a 3-storey building designed in Revit that requires a skilled and creative professional to tidy up the building and enhance its overall aesthetic with new cladding styles and architectural improvements.

Key Tasks:
- Tidy up the existing Revit design
- Change the cladding and roof material to modern, visually appealing options
- Add texture to the cladding for an extra layer of interest
- Enhance the color selections to align with contemporary architectural trends
- Add gutters, sofits, fascia, flashing and down pipes to ensure these work with the cladding and roof material design.

Timeline:
- The completion of these cladding modifications is urgent, and must be done within 5 days from the start of the project.

Additional Considerations:
- While the main focus is on the cladding, there will be a need for some minor adjustments of building elements to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final outcome.
- Light color metal or board &batten style cladding is preferred to the exterior. Some dark colors on balcony and/or garage face acceptable.
- Looking at low maintenance materials to be used (i.e. no bare wood in full sun).
- Window and door types can also be modified to improve the aesthetic outcome but these have currently been selected to take advantage of aspect with view to sea from front balconies, sun, trade winds and privacy with neighboring buildings. There is a busy road to the back of development which is why we have limited windows and doors to this side of the house.
- Australian beach theme designs will be looked on favorably.
- Extra points for those that also incorporate landscaping etc to the ground levels around the building

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit for building modeling
- Strong understanding of architectural design and trends
- Experience in cladding material selection, texture application, and color theory
- Ability to make minor architectural adjustments to improve overall aesthetics
