Need to run SSH from a link in HTML page with an IP Address to connect to a host, e.g., running a command line, e.g., HREF putty.exe -ssh root@1.1.1.1

There would be several links, each with a different IP Address.

to run from command line this command on Windows Server or Windows 10 using IIS;
C:\Putty\putty.exe -ssh root@1.1.1.1
