We are a gym called Torque Movement, and we are working on a project to teach some businesses who hire delivery drivers and warehouse workers safe lifting techniques.

Part of it will include a safe lifting cheat sheet and on this sheet we'd like to have some pictograms that act as subheadings so people know at a glance which scenario they are reading about.

For this contest, we'd like to have simple pictograms created based on certain poses.

We've uploaded the basic outline of the cheat sheet, along with photos that we want the pictograms to be based on.

Please have a black and a white variant of each.

What we're looking for in entries;
1. ease of understanding - you should be able to quickly know what each pictogram means
2. simplicity
