Sketches of head shots for website

Opis Konkursu

We need to have approximately 15 professional sketches done from photographs of our staff for use on our website. We want the sketches to be of a good likeness of the photos we send, but aren't expecting them to look identical. We want them to be playful yet professional and quite simple / 2 dimensional. We'd like to see black and white options as well and colour (again, simple colour - a couple of shades only). I have attached a couple of the photos here for the design and will upload the rest once we select the winner.
** UPDATE - perhaps I wasn't clear in the request, sorry. Please see attached example of what we're after. We want a likeness to our photos, but are not looking for an artistic masterpiece. we're also not after an image that's come from another app with a 'sketch' filter - we have these on our phones.
