I'm looking for a talented freelancer to merge and enhance two existing pool house plans into one stunning Spanish-style sanctuary. Your creativity will lead the transformation of the heart of this home.

Requirements:
- Expertise in architectural design and drafting
- Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Experience with Spanish architectural elements
- Ability to envision and execute interior and exterior design enhancements

Ideal Skills:
- Strong portfolio with similar projects

- Understanding of structural considerations in design modifications

Scope of Work:

The exterior of building is 25’ x 50’ including garage/storage. Dimensions can be changed but want to stay roughly at this size.
