I'm looking for a talented designer who can bring my vision for two medium-sized (3 ft x 5 ft) superhero-themed flags to life. These flags will not only symbolize our teams' spirits but also need to withstand the challenges of outdoor conditions.

**Flag Specifications:**

- **Size:** Medium (3 ft x 5 ft).
- **Material:** Durable, high-quality Polyester suitable for all weather conditions, including rain and sun.
- **Designs Required:**
- First Flag: Captain America theme using a Red, White, and Blue color scheme, incorporating the letter "P" for "Team Papa."
- Second Flag: Superman theme with a Red, Blue, and Yellow color scheme, including the letter "C" for "Team Chugga."

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**

- Proficient in graphic design tools and software.
- Experience in designing flags or similar outdoor durable products.
- Creative ability to incorporate superhero themes with team initials seamlessly.
- Knowledge of materials and printing techniques suitable for weather-resistant flags.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality, striking visuals that stand out.
